(1) Payments. All payments for services by credit card, debit card, Paypal, or echeck, are processed directly by PayPal, unless you request our assistance. In that event, credit card information will be strictly protected.
(2) Requests for Legal Services. We request information from you on our Request for Legal Services form. To request services from us, you must provide contact information (like name, phone number, fax number, email, and personal/ shipping address) and possibly financial information (like credit card number, security number, expiration date). Financial information is used for billing purposes only and to process payments. If you have trouble processing a payment, we'll use this information to contact you or assist you.
(3) Cookies. We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.
